Is a landlord responsible for carpet professionally cleaned annually?

I live in Springfield, MO and I was wondering if they are legally obligated to pay one year Carpet Cleaning professional? The carpet really should have been removed before they have crossed the border, but rather it was a single professional cleaning …. but it was a year and the carpet is old and disgusting. I rented a Carpet Washer Home Depot for about 4 months I did. I guess it does not replace while we live here, but it is responsible for cleaning? Is this considered part of the interview? Not sure if an idea or information links would be greatly appreciated.
