How to vacuum a new wall to Wall Carpet without clogging your vacuum with carpet lint?

I tried to vacuum in the house with a new vacuum a new wall to wall carpet but the new carpet continues to develop little balls of fluff or lint. The first After I vacuum the carpet the vacuum was compacted with the lint and then was unable to get more things out of the carpet. Are there any thing I have to do with a new carpet? is a tool used to clean the carpet lint? Should I use a different setting for vacuuming? Is there a classification of emptiness I need to get the carpet clean?

You can also get a carpet (or rug) comb. It is a comb with a rubber long handle used for carpet fiber. This will make additional fibers on the rug and make it easier to empty. Unfortunately, I have no idea where buy one. I inherited mine. You can check a store of vacuum or a shop sells commercial cleaning products.
