Briefly ….. 2 weeks ago, my dog had a attack of diarrhea on my carpet cream. I knew it would be very clean with my new mom "Ladybird" steam cleaner, so I borrowed it and went to work. The use of a sissy is essentially tying a cloth at the end of the stick and brush with steam super high energy. I do not think, however, that the fabric that my mother was in the hunter green color was Mariquita. So, after much cleaning, the diarrhea was completely gone – but I left with a pale green dye stain on the fabric. I tried switch to a white cloth to clean the green patches, but no luck. I fear that the green is well established in the carpet of any super hot steam. Any advice would be wonderful!
Take a white cloth, soak it with "greased lightning" and blot the stain. Clean / stain with hot water and repeat the process. It should be up.
