Yes I think it sounds good. Yellow is always the color blue, no matter what. You may even want to paint your walls a cream / light yellow with a pale blue accent wall on the bed. Pop in some accessories blue and yellow with what we already have and will be great. Put a blue pillow in the center of the pillow yellow and do not forget window treatments to match. Enjoy.
