Water stains on the carpet gray car. What is the best pretreatment to remove them?

They have already been pre-409, the hood and own use, but the stains, including rust stains.

I would try to pre-treatment with white vinegar. I used vinegar in many places the carpet. Vinegar also removes rust stains.
